Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
Inspiration: My dear friend, Miss Caley.
One day, while mildly stumped over what recipe to try, Caley requested pumpkin cupcakes.
Tis' the season for Thanksgiving flavors, no???
Imagine it! A little piece of Autumn, the best season around, condensed into the perfect bite size treat. Topped with rich, creamy cream cheese frosting.
"creamy cream cheese..."
(Redundant? Yes... I know.)
((But it is just that good.))
So what does Autumn taste like?
Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Pumpkin, Allspice, and Ginger
(Basically, a bunch of awesomeness.)
These cupcakes were awesome! Everyone loved them, pumpkin haters and lovers alike.
So here's to Caley,
and the best idea ever!
(Now, just so you know, I could really not tell you the exact recipe I used. The recipe that conceived these little amazing indulgences were a combination of Martha, Food Network, and Joy of Baking recipes. But please, try your own combination of awesome Autumn flavors, and let me know how it works out. And if you fail miserably? I could bake you a few dozen. =P)
As per usual, thank you much for stopping by! =D
