I could not leave without sharing!

I know it's been awhile, and trust me, it breaks my heart.
But I'm back, and I want to try to keep up with a post a week.

This is a "we" thing because someone has to do the reading.
So I write, and you read.

Between the cake batter and cream cheese, my vision seems to be skewed.
The buttercream is slowly taking over, consuming the mixer, counter top, and now the cupboards.
And it won't be long before my hair grays, from the clouds of powdered sugar and flour that fill the air.

It is June, and open house season is officially among us.
Congratulations Class of 2010...
...you may be the death of me.

After 15 pounds of flour, 10 dozen eggs, and 50 pounds of powdered sugar, I would like to present to you 1,325 cupcakes.

And there's more where that came from!

BREAKING NEWS:
I am training for a marathon.

However, I was screwing around during training, and I fell and busted my hand.
Let's just say this made decorating cookies and making cupcakes a little difficult. =/
